Who are we?
Rising Stars Lacrosse is made up of individuals who are currently involved in all aspects of the game of lacrosse: from playing, coaching, recruiting, and parents of boys playing the game. Most importantly, all of these people have a love and passion for America’s oldest game. Rising Stars is about helping players reach new levels in the game of lacrosse. We feel that the best way for you to become a STAR, is through hands on participation and outstanding instruction. At Rising Stars our focus is you.

Camp Philosophy:
It is our mission to help every player improve their skill in the game of lacrosse. With our knowledgeable staff, we will stress the fundamentals of the game of lacrosse in a fun, yet competitive atmosphere. We want all of our players to walk away with better individual fundamentals and a better understanding of how the team game should be played. Through a mixture of individual instruction and game conditions, our players will be better prepared to compete on the various levels of organized lacrosse.

2012 Rising Stars Agenda:

7:30 - Wake-up for Overnight Campers
7:45 - Breakfast
9:00 - Day campers arrive
9:15 - Camp Stretch/Attendance
9:30 - Morning Stations (Each camper rotates through position specific stations to improve overall skills)
11:00 - Team Activities. (Previously introduced skills reinforced in a team structure)
12:00 - Lunch
1:00 - Speaker of the Day
2:00 - Team Instruction
2:45 - Team Games
4:45 - Extra Help Session. Campers can work one on one with instructors
5:00 - Dinner/Day campers picked up
6:30 - Evening Session/Games
8:00 - Extended Day Camp picked up
8:30 - Free time: Movies, Lectures, Pizza, contests in the dorms & more
10:30 - Lights Out
